Hence we are one of firm In India to offer a full refund, no question asked if you are not satisfied with our work. However to stop misuse of this policy we have put it in more legal language. However trust us we don’t want to keep a single rupees of our customer, where our clients are not happy to with our work. We take proud to maintain 95% satisfied client ratio year after year.

Refund Policy

  1. Proportionate Refund – When a payment of fee is made to Gjaccountingsolution, the fees paid in advance and credited to Clients Account. Gjaccountingsolution will have the right to earn the fees on completion of various stages and final delivery of services or documents to clients satisfactorily. During an engagement, Gjaccountingsolution earns a fee at different rates and different times depending on the completion of various stages of work (e.g. Doing initial check, sending pending documents list, obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, etc.,). A refund cannot be provided for an earned fee because resources and man-hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature. Further, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Under any circumstance, Gjaccountingsolution shall be liable to refund only up to the fee paid by the client.

  2. Delay beyond our control – Refund request will be considered only in a case where either the work is delayed beyond reasonable time due to non-action from our part. We depend on various Govt. Agencies, Department, their Websites & other establishments to complete the work. Sometimes delays resulted from inaction or technical issues from the third party, which takes time to resolve. Gjaccountingsolution will update client time to time about such disruptions. Time wasted on such issues will be excluded from our promised delivery time, as it will be beyond our control to short out such issues. Hence refund cannot be granted solely on the delay caused due to such reason beyond our capacity. However, the client is entitled to withdraw their work and Gjaccountingsolution is bound to refund the fees for the stages not completed.

  3. Non Availability of Documents – To provide many legal and tax-related services, it is clients responsibility to provide us valid & required documents. In case services can’t be completed due to non-availability of such documents or information. Gjaccountingsolution will not be responsible to complete the work and will only refund fees for non-completed stages.

  4. Limit on Liability – Under no circumstances, Gjaccountingsolution will be responsible for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly caused by non-completion of work within a reasonable time frame. Our maximum responsibility will be limited to professional fees paid to us.
Refund Request

Refund request can be initiated by sending an email to support@gjaccountingsoulution.com All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will process your request within 10 to 15 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like a reason for a refund, bank details for processing request, etc.



Change of Service

We allow changing your services provided; you must request this change of service within 15 days of payment. We will deduct fees for completed stages, Govt. fees, Third party charges if any and credit balance to your new services accounts and issue an invoice for balance fees, which will be required to be paid before we can initiate new services processing. You can send such request on support@gjaccountingsolution.com or call your relationship manager.

Standard Pricing

Gjaccountingsolution has Fixed Fees policy for all channels, wherein no additional service fee is requested under any circumstance. However, the Fixed Fees policy is not applicable for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to Gjaccountingsolutiondue to increasing in government fee or fee incurred by the client for completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. Gjaccountingsolution is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service. 

Cancellation Fee

Since we’re incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to complete your service or document preparation, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Gjaccountingsolution– not changes in situation or state of mind related to you. In case you require us to hold work, we will hold the fee paid on your account until you are ready to commence the service.

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted. Earned fee, a fee paid to government & Fees paid to the third party would be deducted as well. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.
